1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using IQ Spark ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

IQ Spark provides an online cognitive assessment tool for entertainment and personal insight purposes only. The Service is NOT a clinical diagnostic tool and should not be used as a substitute for professional psychological evaluation.

3. No Guarantee of Accuracy

While we strive to provide meaningful insights, we make NO WARRANTIES regarding the accuracy, reliability, or validity of test results. Results are based on pattern recognition algorithms and should be interpreted as general entertainment only.

4. Payment and Refund Policy

The Premium Report is digital content delivered immediately upon payment. You may withdraw your purchase within 7 days provided you have not yet viewed or downloaded the report. Once the report has been displayed or downloaded, the content has been supplied and the right of withdrawal is limited, as permitted for digital content. Exceptions always apply for technical failures, duplicate charges, and content that differs materially from what was advertised. See our Refund Policy for the full procedure.

5. Limitation of Liability

IQ Spark and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from: (a) use or inability to use the Service; (b) decisions made based on test results; (c) any unauthorized access to your data.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, including questions, algorithms, and design, is proprietary. Reproduction or distribution without written consent is prohibited.

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

1. Information We Collect

We collect: (a) the email address you enter, for report delivery; (b) your test responses and resulting score, for calculating and re-issuing your report; (c) a payment reference (transaction ID, amount, currency) from our payment provider. We never receive or store your card number, CVC, or PayPal password.

We use Google Analytics for usage statistics. It receives your browser and device information, IP address, the address of the page you are viewing and of the page you came from, and the steps you reach on this site (for a purchase, including the amount and the payment transaction reference). Until you press Accept it runs without cookies or other stored identifiers; if you press Accept it also uses cookies so that visits can be recognised over time.

Where you have consented, we also use the Meta Pixel to measure the results of our advertising. This shares with Meta Platforms your browser and device information, a cookie identifier, IP address, the address of the page you are viewing and of the page you came from, and the steps you reach on this site (starting the test, completing it, opening checkout, and purchasing, including the purchase amount). We do not share your email address, answers or score with Meta.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your email is used to: (a) deliver your IQ report; (b) respond to support, refund or delivery inquiries about your order. We do not send marketing emails.

3. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information. However, no method of electronic transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security during data transfer.

4. Third-Party Services

Payment processing is handled by secure third-party providers. We do not store your complete payment card information on our servers.

We use Google Analytics (Google LLC) for usage statistics and, where you have consented, the Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms, Inc.) to measure our advertising. Section 1 describes what is shared with them. Report emails are sent through our email delivery provider (EmailJS), which receives the recipient's email address, the results shown in the email and the link to the report.

5. Data Retention

When you start the test, we create an order record that holds only hashed codes for your test session and report access, and its start and expiry times (no name, email address or answers). If you do not start a payment, it expires 6 hours after it was created and is then deleted automatically; deletion runs shortly after it expires (usually within a day).

When you start a payment, we store your answers, the email address you entered for the report (if any) and the payment reference, before you are charged. This lets us confirm your payment and deliver your report even if your connection drops during checkout. This payment-attempt record expires 30 days from the time the payment was started, whether or not the payment was completed, and is then deleted automatically (usually within a day).

Paid orders (your score, answers, report email, the payer email from the payment provider and the transaction reference) are kept for 30 days from the time the payment was confirmed so that you can re-open your report and we can handle refund or support requests. A record of each payment we receive is kept for 30 days from the time we first see it. Each record is then deleted automatically; deletion runs shortly after it expires (usually within a day).

Payment ledger: to prevent the same payment from being used twice, we keep a minimal record that links a payment transaction ID to its order ID. It contains no email, answers or score, and has no fixed deletion date.

Duplicate-charge checks (card payments): so that we can find and refund a second charge made with the same payment reference, we keep a minimal record of the order ID, the payment reference, the confirmed transaction ID and the check schedule. It contains no email, answers or score. We check 1 hour, 6 hours, and 1, 3, 7, 14 and 30 days after the payment was confirmed (for an extra charge that we refund, after we first recorded it), and once more a day later because a payment provider can show a payment with a delay. If a check fails temporarily, we retry it automatically. The record is deleted 7 days after the last check (deletion runs shortly after that, usually within a day). If a check still cannot be completed 32 days after the payment was confirmed, or we cannot tell which payment confirmed the order, our staff review it; the record is kept until that review and deleted 7 days after it.

Payment review records: when an automatic check needs a person to look at a payment, we keep a separate minimal record of the order ID, the payment reference and the reason (no email, answers or score) until our staff have reviewed it. It is deleted 7 days after the review (usually within a further day). While a PayPal capture is being confirmed, we keep the same kind of minimal record until shortly before the payment-attempt record above expires; if the capture has reached an outcome (including a confirmed decline) by then, it is deleted 7 days later, otherwise our staff review it.

Refunds: if a payment has to be refunded (for example, you were charged twice), we keep the transaction reference and amount as a record of the refund. The email address on that record is deleted 30 days after the refund is processed. Our staff's notes on refunds, report deliveries and payment reviews contain only a fixed status code and the payment provider's reference number.

Your browser also keeps a local copy of your report access details so that you can re-open your report. Copies older than 30 days are removed the next time you visit this site; you can remove them at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser. You may request earlier deletion of server records by contacting support.

6. International Data Transfers

Our servers and database are located in the United States. If you access the Service from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed there. Where required for transfers from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by contacting iqspark.info@gmail.com.

Google and, where you have consented, Meta receive the information described in section 1, and our email delivery provider receives the information described in section 4. They process it on their own systems, which may be located in the United States and other countries.

7. Cookies and Local Storage

Analytics and advertising-measurement cookies are only set after you press "Accept" on the consent banner; until then Google Analytics runs without cookies (it still sends the cookieless information described in section 1) and the Meta Pixel is not loaded. You can change your choice at any time using the "Cookie Settings" link in the footer. We also store your purchase receipt in your browser's local storage so you can re-open your report after a refresh — the receipt is only sent to our server to request your own report. If a report email is sent, the link in that email passes through our email delivery provider (section 4).

8. Disclaimer

While we take reasonable measures to protect your data, we are not liable for any data breaches, unauthorized access, or issues arising from third-party services or internet transmission.

1. Your Right to Withdraw

You may cancel your purchase and receive a full refund within 7 days, as long as you have not yet viewed or downloaded your Premium Report.

2. After the Report Has Been Supplied

The Premium Report is digital content that is supplied the moment it is displayed or downloaded. Once that happens, the general right of withdrawal no longer applies, because the content cannot be returned. This limitation is disclosed to you here before purchase, as required for digital content.

This limitation does not affect your right to a refund in the cases listed in section 3.

3. Refunds We Always Honour

Regardless of whether the report was opened, we will refund you if:

• A technical failure prevented you from receiving or accessing the report
• You were charged more than once for the same test session
• The report materially differs from what was described on this site
• The payment was not authorised by you

4. How to Request a Refund

1. Email iqspark.info@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase
2. Include your Report ID (shown at the top of your report) and a description of the issue
3. We will respond within 3 business days and, where a refund is due, process it within 5 business days to your original payment method

5. What Is Not Covered

Outside the cases in section 3, we cannot refund a report that has already been supplied simply because you are unhappy with the score itself, or because an incorrect email address was entered (we will re-send the report to the correct address free of charge instead — just contact us).

6. Provider Liability Limitations

IQ Spark provides entertainment-based cognitive assessments. We are not liable for any decisions made based on test results. The premium report is provided "as-is" without guarantees of clinical accuracy.

7. Governing Law

This refund policy is governed by applicable international e-commerce laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
